Her professional experience includes a successful pharmaceutical sales career for Johnson and Johnson where she won the coveted President's Trophy with her colleagues ranking #1 in the nation and where she personally ranked #2 in the nation. She is also a former Financial Services Consultant for American Express Financial Advisors and has obtained other professional sales and entrepreneurial experience throughout her career. Presently, she is an adjunct professor at the historical Lincoln University teaching in the Business and Information Technology Department.

Her educational background includes a M.S. degree in Professional Leadership with a concentration in Training and Development and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Currently, Deeawn is pursuing her doctorate degree in Business Administration.  She is also a Certified Image Consultant with the internationally known London Image Institute and Etiquette Survival and an associate member with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

Deeawn has conducted workshops for various companies and organizations including:  The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Penn State Workforce Extension, National Penn Bank, , Fordham University, Virginia State University, Rampao College, Bayada Nurses, Burlington County Board of Realtors, National Sales Network, The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, Burlington County Board of Realtors, and Bethany Baptist Church, just to name a few.  She also provides one-on-one consultations, upon request.

Deeawn brings real-world experience and passion to her training workshops. This is conveyed through her dynamic teaching style and easy-going personality.
